Living Hope loves kids!
And we believe kids are smart and can know Jesus even at an early age. Living Hope places a high value and importance on kids because we see this in Jesus’ example in the Bible…
“Don’t push these children away. Don’t ever get between them and me. These children are at the very center of life in the kingdom. Mark this: Unless you accept God’s kingdom in the simplicity of a child, you’ll never get in.” -Jesus (Mark 10:14-15)
It is also our desire to partner with parents as we lead your children into a relationship with Christ. We have the philosophy that “it takes a village to raise a child” and that the church is not the end-all in spiritual formation for your child. We want to help equip parents to be spiritual leaders in their homes as well as provide a safe and fun environment to teach your children while they are in our care.
Sundays at 10am: Children’s Church
We currently offer a Children’s Church during the sermon of our main service. Teachers will wait in the back of the sanctuary to lead the children to a classroom down in our Children’s wing for an activity and age-appropriate bible lesson. Our teachers will bring them back after service or you can meet your children down at their classroom. Children’s Church is geared for kids preK through 5th grade and is optional.
Sundays at 11:30am: Kingdom Kids’ Classes
We offer an age specific classroom setting for a time of fun and spiritual formation in our Children’s wing. We provide a light snack, craft and bible lesson.
